The Verge Studio ("we," "us") operates verges.pages.dev (the "Site"). This policy explains what data we collect from visitors and how we use it.

• Contact via email: If you email us (e.g., via the "Get in touch" link), we receive whatever information you choose to share in that email (name, email address, message content).
• Basic site analytics: If the Site uses hosting-level analytics (e.g., Cloudflare Pages analytics), we may receive aggregated, non-identifying traffic data such as page views, country-level location, and referrer source.
• We do not currently collect account information, payment details, or personal data through forms on this Site itself. (Linked products like Polymathos may collect their own data under their own privacy policies — this policy does not cover those.)

2. How We Use Data

• To respond to inquiries sent to us by email.
• To understand aggregate traffic to the Site (if analytics are enabled).

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties except: (a) service providers who help operate the Site (e.g., hosting provider Cloudflare), or (b) where required by law.

4. Data Retention

Emails are retained as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and document the inquiry. Aggregated analytics data, if collected, is retained per the hosting provider's default retention settings.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and its Rules, you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, request correction or erasure, and withdraw consent for processing.
